• If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.

• Monthly marketing services are non-refundable once the work cycle has started.
• Ad spend paid to advertising platforms is non-refundable.
Custom Projects
Refund terms for custom projects will be discussed before starting.
